Withdrawal from the contract

Information to the consumer on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract

Being a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Internet Shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The period to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may, for example, send a statement:

• in electronic form by e-mail to: info@jeepmania.eu;

An exemplary model of the withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Act on Consumer Rights and is additionally available on the website of the Internet Shop in the form of PDF file "Withdrawal from the contract". You may use the template withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for you to send information about the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees in connection with such refund. We may withhold the refund of payment until we have received the item or until we have received evidence of its return, whichever is the earlier.

If you have received the item, please send it back or forward it to us: Jeepmania Sp. z o. o., Przedwiośnie 5A, 51-211 Wrocław, POLAND, immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item. You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
